We have been working in this sector for more than ten years and we are experts in rating printers and its supplies.

We classify the items into three categories. A-, B and C-grade. You can look into our FAQs for further information regarding our classification. Please note that the more precise you are when describing the goods, the more accurate our offer will be. Please be aware that we only buy full and/or unused supplies.

With delivery of the goods you enusre, that the products are your property and are free of rights of third parties. If you as authorized agent (representative) deliver the goods, you confirm that you are in possession of the required documentation.

A-grade

A-grade

Original closed. Condition perfect: Box without damage, markings, or tears. If the manufacturer has sealed the product, it’s still intact and present. (Depending on the manufacturer and product).
B-grade

B-grade

Original closed. Condition not perfect: Box dented and/or tears, markings or decals. Stringent necessity for the rating as “B-grade” is the unopened box.
C-Grade

C-Grade

Opened box with new, unused contents: The article is unused. If the manufacturer issues a sealing strip for his cartridges, it needs to be intact. The items are new, extraneous from the condition of the box.

As the last step you send us the goods. Now we will check the goods to see if the shipped items comply with the list you sent before. If everything is alright, we will transfer the amount immediately. Should there be some inconsistency we will contact you to sort things out.

2Which goods do you not buy?
We don’t buy used or inserted supplies. Excluded from purchase are compatible (new builds or rebuilds), as well as refilled toner and ink cartridges. Damaged goods are excluded as well, but we can dispose of them in the course of processing.
3Which goods are you buying?
We grade goods within a large criteria. Are the goods in the original packaging? Is the box damaged (stickers, marked, tears?). Has the box or the foil of the toner, the drum or the fuser been opened? Generally the condition is irrelevant, as long as our conditions are met – as stated above, the main point is that the goods have to be unused.
4How does the further handling work after we have agreed on a price?
You will receive a shipping label by mail, which you can simply stick onto your package. After the goods have been received by us, we will rate them again. If the conditions match your description, we will transfer the agreed amount. Should something not comply with the grade you described we will contact you and resolve the issue. Please only make truthful statements.
5When will the agreed amount be paid?
The money will be transferred once we have checked the goods in our warehouse, usually the same day the goods arrive. In individual cases we can pay 50% upfront. Feel free to contact us!
6Which information does webuyit.eu need beforehand to calculate an offer and rate the goods as precisely as possible?
For toner cartridges, fuser units, waste toner bottles and drums we need the manufacturer as well as the condition of the packaging. Has the box or the foil been opened? Is it damaged or has it been scribbled on? For ink cartridges and color ribbons we need the production date, install before or shelf life. Even better: Send us additional pictures of your items, so we can rate them before you ship them, which will speed up the process even further.
7Can we ship our goods cash on delivery?
No, because we only pay after we have inspected the goods in our warehouse and only then.
